How to Buy Rayzz’s Products

To get started and buy Agriya’s products you need go through our product ordering system. This system lets you choose which product you want to buy, which license and any additional extras or add-ons like our installation service or new templates.

This step-by-step guide shows you how to order our products and what to expect from Agriya.

  • Choose the product you want to buy, and click on the order button

  • You will be taken to a page which will first of all ask you to select your license. The license is for the actual software. Some of our software just has the one license, while others have several options like lifetime updates.
    You can choose which license you want by checking the tick box next to the required license.
    If you just want to purchase some extra’s or add-ons, you don’t have to choose a license.

  • The bottom part of the page asks you to customize your order by selecting various add-ons, services and modules. You can select the optional extras by click the tick boxes to the right of each option. These extras are split in to 4 categories:
    • Installation

      The installation option allows you to buy professional installation for the product, and any additional server installations that you may require. Please be advised that there are terms and conditions associated with the installation options.
    • Modules

      These are functions that can add additional features to your site. They are optional extra’s you can purchase. Some modules can be installed by the user, other modules require Agriya to install the modules for you (included within the cost) as it requires some programming knowledge.
    • Templates

      Agriya offers a range of different templates for some of our software or template designing and integration services. Most templates come with the full downloads, while others require Agriya to install the template (included within the cost)
  • Once you are finished selecting your license and optional extras, you can click the button to go to the checkout page. This page will confirm all the products and services you have added. It also allows you to go back and add some more products and services at any time.

  • When you are happy with the selection, you will be asked to create an account if you have not already done so. We only ask for some basic information so signing up is a breeze. If you already have an account, you will be asked to login.

  • Once you have filled out either the registration or login form, you will be taken to the payment options page. Agriya currently accepts the following payment options:

    • PayPal
    • Checkout (which includes all major credit cards)
    • MoneyBookers
    • ePassporte    
  • When you have made your payment for the product you will be returned back to the Agriya website. You will see a form that asks you for some additional information. This form is not required but it does help to speed up your purchase approval.
    Every purchase is manually approved.

    Agriya only approves a purchase once contact has been established with the client. By filling out the form it speeds up the approval process. If you don’t hear from Agriya within 12-24 hours of your purchase, please submit a support ticket to our helpdesk.
  • Once your purchase is approved, you will be able to download your software. If you have ordered an installation service and/or add-on modules, these will be installed within 24-36 hours after you send us your hosting login information.
