Although we guarantee to answer your support queries during office hours, some customers require an even more robust level of support with immediate access to developers at any time. For this reason we have created our Support Plus package which gives our product customers premium level of support. If you have a website where you cannot afford any downtime or script errors then this support package is for you. Included in this package are the following benefits:

What Does Rayzz Support Plus Include

  • Guaranteed access to a developer on the day your ticket is submitted
  • Access to a developer on the weekends and holidays in India
  • Access to a developer for more hours per day (16 hours per day)
  • Developers will work on your tickets as a priority over our normal support
  • A developer will be assigned to your ticket within 1 hour and an estimated timeframe given if it's thought to take more than one hour
  • You will receive hourly updates on the status of your problem
  • Developers will work on Support Plus customer issues first
  • Developers will upgrade your script free of cost whenever an update is given
  • You will also have access to system admins who will be able to fix and correct any server problems

What Does Rayzz Support Plus Not Include

  • Adding new features to your existing script
  • Any design changes and modifications (unless a specific bug has been identified)
  • Bugs that arise out of the modification of the software by the client will not be supported
